Emily Billheimer, LEED AP

Associate Principal - New York

Emily believes that there is no such thing as too much client involvement. She establishes an open forum for design at the onset of a project that allows for the exchange of ideas and information which ultimately lead to design innovation for each client. She then seamlessly weaves the functional requirements of her clients’ needs into the design of each space.

As an experienced project leader, Emily has successfully guided many clients to achieve highly innovative and functional spaces that meet their business goals. In projects, both large and small scale, she strives to create a balance between the pragmatic and the aspirational, delivering projects that are both beautiful and functional. Coordinating with complex internal and external project teams, Emily builds strong relationships that result in projects that are both on time and on budget while exceeding the client's expectations.
