STUDIOS has been missioned by the insurance company AG2R La Mondiale to upgrade all of the communal parts of an office building located a short distance from the Elysée Palace, at 68 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. The building is multi-tenant and also includes a business centre. The main reception area, as well as access to the two elevator lobbies, is set around an internal garden.

Retaining the original dark flooring was a constraint imposed from the beginning. The aim of the project is to bring a new dynamic and modernity to the existing volumes through the use of lighting and new materials. The concept is accentuated by lacquered finishes and mirrors strategically placed to provide reflections and visual depth. The new signage actively reinforces the new design of the space.
