Created in partnership with doctors, Cap Synthèse is a new concept of medical practice, the aim of which is to regroup their activities into one specifically-dedicated building. Its main function is to bring together specialist practicians within a single pole of competence in a made-to-measure environment.

Following the most recent guidelines in sustainable design, the building’s architecture is both contemporary and functional, responding to today’s norms of comfort expected by doctors as well as patients. The consulting rooms are individually adapted to the needs of each doctor and are grouped together over 2 floors around a central atrium which serves as a reception area.

The center allows for easy access to the site with parking available for clients at the foot of the building within a landscaped area.

This concept of medical practice is being deployed in a number of cities in France and developed in close collaboration with medical professionals. It has received support from the local communities who see in it the possibility of improving the care system whilst also welcoming a quality architectural project.
