STUDIOS was engaged to reimagine the Microsoft campus in Issy-les-Moulineaux, to consolidate the company’s teams and to provide guidance in the evolution of today’s ways of working. The lobby was completely reorganized to create a welcoming and lively space where the company’s visitors and partners have coffee together, work, exchange or discover Microsoft’s latest product releases. A conference center, an immersive classroom where students can come and test education 4.0, as well as a center of innovation complement the spaces dedicated to external visitors.

On the upper floors, the goal of new layouts was to support the policy of a management that has been transformed by the rise of the digital economy. The project enables employees to work cross-functionally and collectively in a wide variety of work spaces: small zones for working alone or with a smaller team, little living areas with varying degrees of confidentiality, closed meeting rooms, rooms for making phone calls and equipped for working quietly with a computer, and areas dedicated to lively creative atmospheres, etc. STUDIOS created a specific identity for each floor, which is most evident in the themed coffee areas, the privileged spaces for informal sharing.
