Located on the top floor of the Patchi flagship store in Beirut, the Tamaris Restaurant is a calming oasis for shoppers and diners alike. In addition to designing five floors for Patchi, STUDIOS provided interior architectural services for this world-class Alain Ducasse pastry shop.

The café holds 70 seats, including 14 terrace seats, a lounge, and the
ready-to-go pastry window. The low ceiling height was originally intended for office space, but STUDIOS implemented customized luminous ceiling elements and skylights to create the illusion of height. The ambiance is elegant and minimalist, with walnut wall panels and image boxes that showcase the sublime dessert photography of Mathilde de l’Ecotais.
