Working with TMG Partners, STUDIOS designed two 6-story buildings at 625-685 Clyde Avenue in Mountain View, totaling 385,506 square feet. The campus also includes two freestanding parking structures.

The concrete structures were designed for maximum flexibility to accommodate a variety of tenant types, and ultimately attracted Samsung to select the campus for their new headquarters. The buildings feature large floorplates, expansive column-free open work areas, and raised access floors, allowing for 11 foot floor heights with exposed concrete ceilings.

The program includes office, a public plaza, and amenities such as dining with outdoor seating, and a fitness center.

The project utilizes a 5-zone heating and cooling system that addresses each facade separately; this economic approach greatly increases efficiency and reduces operating costs.
