Atypical and sophisticated

Different atmospheres are layered in a profusion of materials and colours to create a place unlike any other, both effervescent and hushed and evocative of the company’s brand. Upon entering the building, visitors are immediately immersed in an atypical experience where design codes mix and surprise: the reception hall offers a dark sophisticated tech ambiance contrasted by a large and lively adjoining patio, while a pop playlist sets the tone.

This creative Blockchain and Web3 universe is embodied on every floor and Ledger's NFT collection is deployed throughout. On the 8th floor, the MVP bar blends a boutique hotel lounge atmosphere with a more underground spirit through a custom mural by street artist LóReM.

The overarching atmosphere is relaxed and casual, with a barista in the lobby and a bistro opening onto the courtyard as well as a multitude of amenities from the basement to the rooftop: fitness, games room, wellness room, family room, Fab lab, music room, Ledger Shop and a recording studio for content production.

Suspended on the top floor stands Olympus: a basketball court that can be used daily as a coworking space. Flexible and equipped with a professional control room, it can be transformed into a Hackathon room, a conference room for 100 people, a cinema with a 4m-high LED screen and an L-Acoustic 9.1 system, a reception area or an exhibition space.

Overlooking Olympus, the “To the Moon” mezzanine plunges you into an immersive experience floating above the roofs of Paris with its vibrant green meeting space and swing seats.

A direct access from the top floor leads to the rooftop terraces, the Ledger playlist humming in the background, with breathtaking views over the whole of Paris and a retro Citroen van turned bar.

And therein lies the uniqueness of the place: as fluid as an app and as vibrant as a work of art.

Designing to profiles

STUDIOS worked with Ledger to create an intelligent working environment that incorporates long-term flexibility with evolutive collaborative workspaces designed around profiles and workstyle typologies.

Each floorplate offers the same organization, with open spaces, Nano kitchens, meeting rooms and squad rooms (agile team spaces), but adapted to the different “neighborhoods” that are dedicated to each profile: developers, engineers, creatives or support functions.

The result is a wide range of working configurations to meet individual needs and preferences. A hybrid mode between “activity-based working” and “flex” that each person can manage according to his or her neighborhood via the WoW'App (the Workplace application) developed by Ledger.

For new arrivals, a dedicated onboarding room offers a warm and informal welcome.
