Perform mid-level architectural assignment on medium to large scale core & shell and interior projects; work from and develop limited portions of the design of others; compile data; perform design computation; prepare test fits, plans, digital models, renderings and presentation drawings; make quality takeoffs and prepare estimates; and support construction observations services including, but not limited to, administrative paper work, answering RFIs and assisting with punch lists. Interpret project program, understand overall design objectives and be sufficiently familiar with key aspects of applicable building code to routinely exercise discretion and professional judgment in completing work.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design or related field. 3 years of work experience in any relevant occupation involving interior or architectural design. Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, rendering and model making. Experience can be gained through work experience or coursework.
