STUDIOS and Moinian Group broke ground on a new blockfront office building between West 25th and 26th Streets. 220 11th Avenue is the new paradigm of boutique office building design in Chelsea’s Art District; a hallmark of elegant and contemporary architecture with stunning views and flexible spaces. STUDIOS design seeks to embody the rich context of the neighborhood and its iconic architecture, including the Starrett Lehigh Building, while bringing a contemporary attitude toward materiality and interior planning.
