Competition: STUDIOS was chosen to build URSSAF’s new regional headquarters in Marseille.

To lend a truly new identity to this new real estate complex covering nearly 10,000 square meters, inspired by the site’s history, and perfectly integrated into its environment, we will work with a local partner, NOMADE Architectes. The project is focused around the experience and well-being of employees as well as that of the general public. Qualitative spaces to work abound and users and visitors will enjoy the connection with nature, thanks to the site’s many terraces and its landscaped path. Designed to evolve with time, the smart building aims to fulfill the requirements for the most stringent environmental certifications (E3C2-; HQE “Excellent”), making it a pioneer in urban renewal at the heart of Marseille.
