Certification WELL Platinum for STUDIOS Architecture's new Paris offices

STUDIOS Architecture's new Paris offices have been certified Well Platinum: a first in France!

To design our new workspace on the rue de Grenelle in Paris, we reimagine our workplace to promote collaborative hybrid working and the well-being of our employees.

This commitment to excellence has been rewarded by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) with the highest level of Well Platinum V2 certification. 

 Overview of our initiatives:

• Choice of bio-sourced materials, a biophilic approach with plants throughout the space, a focus on lighting and acoustics, sit-stand workstations, the measurement of air quality in partnership with start-up futureAIR, a Zen Room for relaxation, weekly delivery of seasonal fruit and communal spaces to eat, take a break or play a round of ping pong... 
• Views over the gardens and rooftops of Paris and a planted terrace open to all
• An exemplary approach to re-use, with 80% of the interior millwork from our previous offices readapted to the new space, vintage or upcycled furniture with the start-up REMAKE, and the donation of the remaining loose furniture and equipment to the "DesCodeuses" association in Saint-Ouen, which helps women retrain for careers in coding.
