For the new headquarters of Yvelines-Essonne’s social housing enterprise Les Résidences STUDIOS developed a concept around the client’s dedication to proximity and frugality. The site’s six floors were designed in an understated, inviting, timeless fashion to create a cozy, warm atmosphere without any form of ostentation.
Open floors offer fluid circulation and a great variety of user experiences, including a coworking space and work stations that are grouped in a dynamic fashion so as to structure the space.
Workspaces are enriched with multiple collaboration areas, some of which are playful and others inspired by hotel design, including the dining facility, where a lounge-inspired concept offers a calm atmosphere. On the top floor, a coworking space opens out onto an accessible terrace.

The spaces are brought to life thanks to simple, meticulous details in furnishings, the choice of colors, and the use of bio-based and upcycled materials to create a welcoming atmosphere that fosters dialogue and participation.
