Analytics company Neustar provides real time information to clients across industries, from entertainment to telecommunications. STUDIOS was tasked with designing an office that reflects Neustar’s core value of trusted connection while celebrating the technology that makes it possible. Neustar chose space within the STUDIOS-designed Foundry Square Building 3 at 505 Howard for its flexible floor plate, sustainable design, and building performance.
A grand stair connects the reception with the all-hands space, encouraging interaction. An anodized aluminum art piece serves as a scrim between stacked conference rooms and the stair, allowing for a sense of privacy without blocking views in or out. The piece was commissioned from artist Laurie Frick, who creates graphic representations of data collected through her personal GPS.
