Nathan Minch joined STUDIOS in 2000 to develop both complex base building and large interiors projects.

Nathan's technical expertise has been associated with some of STUDIOS' most complex and award-winning projects including the renovation of 1110 Vermont Avenue, which was awarded the AIA|DC’s 2008 Catalyst Award, and the renovation of the American Institute of Architect’s Headquarters, both in Washington, DC. While Mr. Minch’s primarily focuses on project coordination and delivery, his responsibilities also include quality control, building envelope development, specification writing, and project management. This range can be seen in his leadership on a wide variety of projects and building types - from the urban infill office buildings to high-end interior spaces, to sustainable architecture for park facilities. In addition to project delivery, Mr. Minch is also responsible for recruiting the best industry talent for STUDIOS and mentoring young designers.
