Working with Baker Botts LLP, STUDIOS began examining the firm’s long-term space requirements and evaluating stay-put and move options. STUDIOS used a series of questionnaires and interviews to develop a program that evaluated the client’s occupancy, future office goals, and long term space requirements.
Based on this program, STUDIOS conducted a thorough stay-put evaluation that included renovations and expansion. Simultaneously, test-fits and cost analysis were developed for three new buildings. Working in conjunction with Baker Botts’ real estate consultants, STUDIOS developed comparative analysis of construction and occupancy cost and space usage efficiency.
