STUDIOS designed the new Paris headquarters of BearingPoint. The project was initiated with a workplace strategy analysis, the key objective of which was to transform its workplace to become more agile in line with company’s values based on innovation and technology and to provide a dynamic and flexible workplace setting that would attract and retain young talent.

The Paris office is acting as a pilot project that can serve as a benchmark to future projects worldwide. The consultant teams already largely operate in a flex mode at all levels of the organisation with only support functions remaining sedentary. However a key challenge was to create an environment with a variety of workspaces that would attract staff back into the office through a variety of settings favouring collaborative work as well as quiet
concentration areas for individual work.
