STUDIOS master planned this multi-building, commercial office and retail complex. The 1.6 million GSF urban infill development is a key contributor to the revitalization of San Francisco’s South of Market neighborhood.
A major project goal was to improve the neighborhood through the quality of this development’s urban design. The plan provides ample open space for public use: each building has a large entry plaza facing each other, thereby creating the largest public opens space for several blocks in any direction and calming the effect of passing traffic.
