This building, set over 9 floors in superstructure and 3 basement levels, required renovation and upgrade works to get a new identity in order to be repositioned within the prime real estate market, including technical performance, functionality and image.
The focus of the renovation was on the ground and garden level floors, including landscaping of the large terrace and the garden area.
The programme privileged one major tenant and a separate Business Centre. A contemporary restaurant and cafeteria area connected to the exterior spaces which can be used throughout the day are another key element to the project. The modifications proposed in the design offer “smart” solutions and consider reuse of some of the existing materials.
