STUDIOS developed the new French corporate campus for Siemens in partnership with Israeli architects Gottesman & Szmelcman and the developer Sodéarif.

Siemens France wished to consolidate several of its entities onto one site to create a university-style campus within a single unified environment that would encourage both interaction and collaboration amongst the company’s different entities whilst preserving their diversity.

Outdoor spaces, the quality of the overall environment and of the workspaces are central to the principles of a corporate campus, the aim of which is to promote openness, innovation and, ultimately, team performance.

The project was composed of five distinct buildings and aimed to obtain the French environmental certifications “BBC-Effinergie” and “HQE Exploitation” from the concept design through to the building’s maintenance.
