We designed the concrete structures for maximum flexibility to accommodate a variety of tenant types, with large floorplates and expansive column-free open work areas, and raised access floors, allowing for 11 foot floor heights with exposed concrete ceilings. Each building utilizes a 5-zone heating and cooling system that addresses each facade separately; greatly increasing energy-use efficiency and reducing operating costs.
