This flexible, high-performance new campus features park-like open spaces that offer plenty of room for collaboration and relaxation. The project attracted Samsung, who chose the development as the location for their research headquarters.
We designed the concrete structures for maximum flexibility to accommodate a variety of tenant types, with large floorplates and expansive column-free open work areas, and raised access floors, allowing for 11 foot floor heights with exposed concrete ceilings. Each building utilizes a 5-zone heating and cooling system that addresses each facade separately; greatly increasing energy-use efficiency and reducing operating costs.
