Commonly referred to as the “Darth Vader Building,” STUDIOS is working with Douglas Development to create a transformative vision for this existing office building prominently located along Massachusetts Avenue. The new design takes advantage of the building's sweeping views of the US Capitol and adds an array of amenities for future tenants.

The project includes a complete redesign of the building’s exterior, core, and streetscape with the goal of repositioning the structure within the office and retail marketplace. Our refreshed design for the building includes the addition of two floors to increase the building’s density and height, rooftop amenity, terrace with sweeping views of the surrounding area, and fitness center.
