Rare Office to Residential Building Conversion Opens in Alexandria, VA

STUDIOS designed all interior amenity spaces and corridors for the transformation of a former GSA office building into a luxury residential development, now known as The Foundry. The building's deep floorplate called for some creative solutions—amenity spaces such as the three-story fitness center, game room, and party room are gathered at the core and encircled by residential units. 

The Washington Business Journal reported on the unique opportunities within this conversion project, as well as its clear success even amidst the pandemic.
