Student Housing Continues to Rise Around the UCLA Campus

LeConte Apartments, our latest student housing project with UCLA, is part of a larger effort to provide affordable student housing on or near campus. Upon completion, LeConte will provide over 1,100 much-needed new beds. The project is our fifth new housing development with UCLA.
