Read more about it here. Building 78 Annex is one of the first renovated historic shipbuilding structures on the 130 acre parcel in Kearny, NJ. STUDIOS' colorful collaboration with WXY Archtitecture + Urban Design earned a 2021 Interior Design Magazine Best of Year Award in the coworking category.
A conversation pit sits beneath the central staircase, anchored by one of two large original beams still flaunting their historic patina.
