1633 Broadway wins an Editor's Pick Award in the AN Best of Design

1633 Broadway has been recognized in the Editors Pick of The Architect's Newspaper Best of Design Awards. The project has been honored in the Unbuilt Conceptual category and we're thrilled to be acknowledged amongst the other outstanding built and unbuilt architectural projects.

Together with Büro Ehring and Atelier Ten, STUDIOS imagined a thoughtfully bold strategy for a residential future for 1633 Broadway. The new Vertical Village rethinks housing and traditional neighborhoods, and jumps-start a district that is struggling to compete in the current office market.
