We worked with developer Federal Realty Investment Trust to create a signature building that can function as a three-dimensional billboard, integrating signage and graphics through sophisticated architectural, audiovisual, and lighting design. Upon the building’s completion, artist Christopher Baker used the facade as a canvas for his piece entitled “offscript”, in which he posed the question “What is your dream for the future?” Participant responses were then projected onto the side of the building.
