STUDIOS is working with developers Lane Partners to design and rebuild the 63-acre SRI campus in Menlo Park. Our team recently submitted plans to replace the aging R&D campus with state-of-the-art research facilities and 400 new housing units. The STUDIOS-designed new Parkline Master Plan also opens up routes through the property to safely walk, bike, and recreate on 28 new acres of landscaped, publicly accessible land.
