June Zhu, AIA, DC-based Associate, has been selected to participate in the 2024 Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program (CKLDP). It is an honor to be chosen for this year-long program, as only 16 emerging architecture professionals are named scholars after a competitive application process based on career success, community involvement, and firm support.

The AIA|DC chapter initiated the Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program in 2013 to train and mentor the next generation of leaders. The curriculum for nine half-day sessions emphasizes key professional skills, including entrepreneurship, firm management, collaboration, negotiation, client development, community leadership, industry trends, and career development.
