Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP's new Manhattan office at 295 Fifth Avenue represents a bold reimagining of the modern law office. Relocating from their long-standing space on Madison Avenue, the firm sought a workspace that not only reflected their status as a global litigation powerhouse but also embraced a contemporary and flexible working culture. The decision to move to 295 Fifth Avenue—an architectural landmark originally housing textile showrooms and recently renovated by STUDIOS—was driven by a desire to embrace the building’s raw materiality and historical significance while shaping a dynamic, forward-thinking workspace.

As the workplace continues to evolve to accommodate the needs of a hybrid workforce, Marx Realty turned to STUDIOS to create a one-of-a-kind amenity space at 10 Grand Central dubbed ‘The Meeting Galleries’. This collaboration builds upon a longstanding relationship between Marx Realty and STUDIOS resulting in a series of transformative projects at 10 Grand Central since 2019. The eleventh floor is the latest expression of this partnership, blending historic inspiration with modern functionality.
