Raymond Elementary is a ULI Americas Finalist

We are proud to announce that the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) Raymond Elementary School is one of 18 finalists in the Urban Land Institute’s 2024 Americas Awards for Excellence. Established in 1979, the awards program honors superior development in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Widely recognized as one of the most prestigious award programs in the real estate industry, winning projects exemplify and promote best practices when it comes to design and development. Winners will be announced July 2024.
