The dynamic design of RTC West Tower encompasses curvilinear edges, warm natural materials, and rotating terraces that change in view as one approaches the 364,000 square foot building from different perspectives. Located at the corner of Sunset Hills Road and Town Center Parkway, three landscaped private outdoor terraces, a rooftop terrace and clubhouse will offer unmatched panoramic views of the Northern Virginia countryside.

Identified by its geometric facade, the Jewel at RTC West is a 150,000 square foot office tower spanning 8 floors that incorporates natural elements into its design to create a softness throughout its interior. The lobby is immersed in the outdoor community plaza and park, and wood-wrapped columns on the exterior provide shaded seating areas for visitors, passerby's, and tenants. The 5,8000 square foot rooftop terrace provides an expansive outdoor area and atrium with floor-to-ceiling glass to be used as workspace or entertainment.

Both buildings will add more than 23,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space to RTC West’s newly developed retail offerings.
