STUDIOS Announces New San Francisco Associate Principals
DATEMarch 02, 2026
We are pleased to announce that we have promoted three Associate Principals in our San Francisco office. Congratulations to Colleen Beckman, Gigi Lake, and Tulika Wadhwa.
Colleen Beckman
SAN FRANCISCO
Colleen brings a genuine sense of care, curiosity, and design rigor to every team she’s part of. Since joining us in 2017, she has played an integral role on several competition-winning teams and has been a steady, thoughtful leader on many of our most high-profile projects. With an active commitment to mentoring and supporting younger team members, Colleen contributes to hiring efforts and recruitment, as well as provides guidance to new-hires. She has also helped strengthen STUDIOS’ collaborative spirit by initiating and leading design pin-ups and open dialogues that bring the office together.
Gigi Lake
SAN FRANCISCO
Gigi leads with confidence, care, and a true sense of ownership — both in her projects and in her client relationships. Since joining the team in 2018, her clear, thoughtful approach has guided teams smoothly from early concept ideas through successful delivery —creating a collaborative environment along the way. Whether she’s steering project management efforts or contributing to business development, Gigi brings strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a team-first mindset to everything she does. Beyond her project work, she actively participates in STUDIOS’ West Coast Associate Group, the SF Hiring Committee, and the SF Culture Café.
Tulika Wadhwa
SAN FRANCISCO
Since joining the STUDIOS team in 2016, Tulika has partnered with leading global organizations across sectors—from tech to hospitality—bringing clarity, creativity, and strong design vision to every project. Her big-picture thinking helps set work up for long-term success, while her ability to truly understand each client’s culture and priorities builds lasting trust. A natural storyteller, Tulika brings ideas to life in interviews and presentations, strengthening our business development efforts. She’s known by clients and colleagues alike for moving projects forward with focus and determination, navigating challenges thoughtfully and consistently getting things done.
