STUDIOS Receives USGBC 2024 U.S. Local Market Leadership Awards

We are excited to announce that STUDIOS has received two project awards and one firm award from the U.S. Green Building Council's 2024 U.S. Local Market Leadership Awards. For the DC, Maryland, and Virginia market, Raymond Elementary School received the Decarbonization award, and MLK Gateway II received the Judges’ Choice Award. STUDIOS DC was also recognized with a Community Impact Award. According to the USGBC website, "Community Impact Awards recognize individuals or organizations supporting USGBC's mission by advancing sustainability, resilience, equity, health and well-being in their local community."
