Building on the success of the lobby, STUDIOS and Marx looked toward creating a shared building amenity that carried through the design ideas established at the ground floor while layering in a new element of exclusivity away from the street level.
Dubbed the Leonard Lounge, after Marx Realty’s namesake, the club-like atmosphere is a continuation of the textures and the Marx signature scent of the lobby. Plush fabrics and rugs in jewel tones and warm wood envelope the user as they take in the space. An all-encompassing hospitality, from the naming and branding of the space to the details of the design, the Leonard Lounge and 545 Madison Avenue is elevated into another galaxy from the typical tenant experience.
