STUDIOS sought to reprogram the east and west penthouses with amenity conference and social lounge spaces imagined as an extension of the tenant’s lease areas. Along with reprogramming the penthouse spaces the existing roof terraces were reconceptualized to be transformed from utilitarian service spaces into a tenant amenity with outdoor terrace with casual seating and wood screens, a green wall and creative lighting.
