SAFRAN project received “Special Mention” at the 2020 TEKLA BIM Awards

STUDIOS Architecture was awarded a contract by GA Smart Building and Batipart Immobilier Europe to design and build a 22,000 square meter office building in Malakoff in the context of a SAFRAN user contest.

This highly innovative project was modeled using Full BIM and implements the GA construction system. It highlights STUDIOS’s and the GA team’s savoir faire and expertise in 3D modeling tools from the design phase through works. The resulting building is modern and elegant, a welcome addition to a dense, mixed-use urban site.

STUDIOS always places priority on energy efficiency and the well-being of users, and SAFRAN project is no exception. It has received HQE® Excellent certification for its design and aims to receive the Effinergie+ label and Well Gold certification.
