The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) Headquarters project wins 2023 NAIOP DC|MD Award of Excellence for Best Renovation, Institutional. The 21st Annual Awards of Excellence Gala was held on Wednesday, October 11 in Washington, DC to celebrate outstanding achievement in the District and Maryland by the commercial, industrial, and mixed-use real estate community.
