New Principals in Los Angeles and San Francisco

Ben Kracke, AIA, IIDA, LEED AP has been promoted to Principal in our Los Angeles studio. He has been with the firm for 12 years, starting in the Washington DC office and joining the Los Angeles team in 2014. In addition to his thorough technical knowledge and expertise, Ben is a natural team builder, working closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and the STUDIOS team to ensure clear communication and to deliver successful projects.

Ben’s experience includes new construction, renovation, and interiors projects for a wide range of clients, including Eataly, Nickelodeon, MetLife, Bloomberg, UCLA, and UC San Diego.

Enrique Sanchez, LEED AP has been promoted to Principal in our San Francisco studio. In addition to his significant design talent and detailed knowledge of architectural products and furniture systems, Enrique has a keen ability to build strong relationships with clients and across teams. He is also a valued mentor, providing ongoing learning resources to design staff.

In his 17-year tenure with the firm, Enrique has worked on a range of project types, from interiors for Nickelodeon, Lyft, Google and BlackRock, to new construction and renovation projects for UCLA, UC Merced, and the California Department of Public Health.
