The Hub supports and encourages mass transit ridership, car and scooter share programs, and bicycle commuting with bike share and repair services.

The all-electric building with a commercial kitchen includes a heat pump hot water system and 4,600 sq ft of photovoltaic panels, resulting in an 86% reduction of EUI from the national average, exceeding the 2030 Commitment. The Hub also features the first in a series of solar-powered bus stops throughout the campus.
