New finishes inside the lobby, a custom neon light, and modernized elevators were designed to improve the tenant arrival experience and reinforce the building’s renewed identity.

817 Broadway’s improvements culminate roof terrace of the 16th floor, offering expansive views to Midtown Manhattan and the neighboring Lower East Side.

STUDIOS also worked with Taconic to design turnkey suites on levels 6 and 7 and prebuilt suites on levels 2, 4, 8, and 15. The design of these floors maintain a neutral palette to be versatile for future tenants, while featuring varied tones and furniture to choose from.
