STUDIOS was selected by Edens to design 1348 4th St NE, a new thirteen-story multi-family building with ground-level retail that builds on the existing character of the Union Market neighborhood.
The distinctive massing of the architecture is intended to create a gateway to Union Market and is sculpted to maximize views in and around the site. A strong emphasis has been placed on greenery as a counterpoint to the to the predominant hardscape materials in the neighborhood.
