Alex has been promoted to Associate Principal. Since joining STUDIOS seven years ago, Alex has been a leading voice from concept design through construction, as exemplified in the gorgeous Thompson Hotel in Navy Yard, Washington, DC, and the recent delivery of the Net-Zero Ready DCPS Raymond Elementary School. While at STUDIOS, he has grown into a mentor and resource for his colleagues and has continued to work toward collective design excellence. We look forward to his continued success as an Associate Principal.
In Joe’s time at STUDIOS he has been at the center of our most complex and large scale headquarters projects including Nike’s NYC Headquarters. His innate ability to bridge coordination with consultants in the field with the design vision is critical to each of the projects he is a part of. Joe’s current work on large scale, richly programmed amenities floors for an International Finance Client is a testament to his ability to thrive within large teams and provide leadership in project execution.

Stephen's valuable contributions to a wide range of projects, including recent notable work on Scopely and Riot Games projects, underscore his technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and keen design sense. These qualities have been instrumental in our success.
Kelly has been promoted to Associate Principal, in addition to her current role as Director of Business Development. Kelly's unwavering commitment, leadership, and strategic vision have been invaluable to our team. In her expanded role, Kelly will continue to lead our business development efforts and help shape our organization's future on the West Coast and beyond. We can't wait to see the incredible impact she'll make in this exciting new chapter of her career.
Nabila has been promoted to Associate. Nabila is a natural leader and brilliant designer who has elevated the design dialogue on all of the projects she has worked on over her past two years at STUDIOS; from the design of the Crystal Plaza apartments in National Landing to DCHA’s Square 739 Affordable Housing to the Georgetown University Competition. Her colleagues and clients hold her in high regard for her collaborative demeanor and design acumen.
Nabila was a key contributor to the Department of State’s Pilot Workplace and Mobility Lab prototypes which entailed innovative approaches to post-pandemic workplace planning; projects for which STUDIOS was awarded the GSA Honor Award in the “On the Boards” category, the first ever in the history of the GSA for an interiors concept.

Gabe brings an incredible sense of design, creativity, and innovation to every project. His unique blend of art and architecture has left a mark on our diverse workplaces, high-end industrial designs, and experimental exhibitions.
Adelaide Loomis has been promoted to Associate at STUDIOS, alongside her role as Executive Assistant. She is pivotal to office coordination and strategy within the New York office. Adelaide’s ability to knit together staffing and project planning, with streamlining day to day office operations, and celebrating office culture through events is central to our success.

She excels in guiding projects from initial concepts and test fits to the meticulous details of FF&E specification and precise construction administration which makes Mackenzie invaluable to all teams she is a part of.
Paul Alonge has been promoted to Associate at STUDIOS. He is an advocate for responsible design strategies; both in office initiatives to establish a clean library and broaden education, but also on his projects. His knowledge of architectural design and fabrication allows him to create the large-scale vision of the project as well as the details of how it comes together. Keith brings this knowledge to the multi-year renovation of the historic 817 Broadway, but also to crafted interiors like the lobby at 28 East 28th Street.
Katie Waldner has been promoted to Associate at STUDIOS. Having worked on global headquarters such as the one recently completed for WHOOP in Boston has enabled Katie to deal with a range of design and construction challenges thrown her way; driving unique branded interior experiences and the architectural details that make it all come together. Valuing the balance of functionality and aesthetics enables Katie to shine at STUDIOS.
